We love our new home! Obviously, this was a new experience for us and we may have slipped up on our end, but you answered every question patiently and professionally. Thank you for that!

Also your people who set our home were amazing.  They also were very professional and efficient through some very adverse conditions.  It was cold, rainy, and more mud than I've ever seen but i didn't hear one complaint!  I think we got a good value for our money and will recommend Hartzler's to anyone!

I will try to send some pictures next summer after everything is done and i have landscaping completed. Thank you and everyone at Hartzler's

Special thanks to Larry Rossetti, Chris Kerr & Bruce King, for going above & beyond to help us in the transition of losing a home in the Sept. 04 flood to moving in our new home in June. All your employees & subcontractors did a wonderful job. We have recommended your company to everyone & have received nothing but compliments on our new home. Good Job Guys!

I am a resident of the Village of Jewett and was a victim of the floods last September. I had bought a new manufactured home from Hartzler's Quality Housing in Dover, Ohio last May and was excited to move into it in early July. However I only got to live there for 2 months, when the flooding of September 17th came along. I then had to live with my brother and his family while I was waiting for the damage on my home to be assessed. After much support and phone calls from employees at Hartzler's, my insurance came through and purchased me a new home, as mine was considered a total loss. I had a garage built and attached to my first home, which had to be detached and reattached when my second home was set up. Thanks to the generosity of Hartzler's and their employees, that work was all done at no extra cost to me. Hartzler's sent several different crews to Jewett to complete various jobs on my home.

Now after 5 months, I am once again, able to live in my beautiful home. I would like to let the people of this area know that if they are ever in need of purchasing this type of home, Hartzler's Quality Housing is definitely the first and only place I would go. Their employees are wonderful people who are very friendly and helpful. I have talked to them many times in the past months and was always treated like I was their number one customer. I am sure they treat all customers in this manner.

I would like to thank everyone at Hartzler's, starting with the owner, Mr. Hartzler. Thanks to Bruce King, who made many phone calls and provided extra paperwork to help me get wonderful insurance coverage, Chris Kerr and Paul Kaufmann, who were in charge of removing my damaged home and setting up the new one. Chris did extra work, by employing extra crews to complete the reattaching of my garage. I would also like to thank Ron Knox who was my salesman for both homes.

Also, thanks to my friends and family, especially my brother and his family, who gave me so much support and love during these last few months.
