Our Service & Construction Team
Chris Kerr, our Service Manager, has 20 years experience in the modular and mobile home industry. His award-winning service team consistently earns the highest marks for meeting customer needs. Chris works along with owner Ed Hartzler on scheduling delivery and set up dates and inspecting sites before and during construction. Chris oversees the day-to-day scheduling of the members of his service team to see that your home delivered and completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
Hartzler's Quality Housing, Inc. will be glad to complete the foundation construction for our customers - whether you need a full basement or a crawl space. We also provide poured-wall basements in addition to the traditional block-wall basements.
Hartzler’s own our delivery trucks and employ our own drivers. The setup and finish crews are all employees of Hartzler’s Quality Housing. While weather has been known to occasionally postpone delivery and set up of a home, your home won't be delayed due to scheduling conflicts with an outside transportation company.
